The Patriot Front hate group has lost the long battle to get a Virginia civil rights case dismissed. Since the case was filed in October 2022, lawyers representing the white nationalists have been desperate to get this case dismissed.

One of the lawyers, Bradley Phipps Marrs of Richmond, said in an email exchange that they don't want to go to trial and that the case is not heavily funded on their side. That's probably true since most of the defendants appear to be unemployed or unemployable. Marrs said their best hope was dismissal.

Well, that didn't happen. The judge has denied the Patriot Front motion to dismiss the case. The hate group will have to make their arguments defending the targeted harassment of a predominantly black Richmond, Virginia neighborhood.

Patriot Front has until April 25th to response to the plaintiff's complaint against them.
