Glen Allen is a lawyer practicing in the state of Maryland.

On March 1, 2023, Allen became the attorney of record for two members of a white nationalist hate group called Patriot Front.

More than two dozen Patriot Front members are being sued by two Richmond, Virginia residents related to the destruction of an Arthur Ashe mural located in a predominantly black neighborhood.

You can learn more about this case here.

Allen has a history of being associated with neo-Nazi, white nationalist hate groups.

In 2015, the Southern Poverty Law Center reported that Allen was a member of a white nationalist organization called National Alliance. After being outed as a member of a white supremacist group, Allen was fired.

On Allen's website he says that until 2016 he worked for the law firm DLA Piper for 27 years.

Allen doesn't deny he's a white supremacist.

"I do not think that supremacist is a proper characterization for people who take a degree of pride in their own separate histories," Allen told the New York Daily News.

Allen has repeatedly sued the Southern Poverty Law Center for reporting his National Alliance membership. The court's position is that it's not untrue that Allen is, or was a member of a neo-Nazi group. Therefore, it's not defamation to report something that is true, particularly since, at the time, he was working for the Baltimore Police Department on police violence cases. Had Allen been just some lawyer, it might have been a different story, but Allen was being paid by the people of Baltimore.

The panel noted that Allen was involved in a white supremacist organization while he was defending the city of Baltimore against a lawsuit brought by a Black man who claimed he was wrongfully convicted of murder and spent 19 years in prison.
