Thomas Dail, of Wake, Virginia, is a known member of the Patriot Front. He goes by the name Kenneth VA.

Dail is a defendant in a civil suit against Dail and several other members of the hate group, including its leader Thomas Rousseau. Two residents of a black community in Richmond are suing Dail and the Patriot Front for violating their rights when the group destroyed an Arthur Ashe mural in their neighborhood.
