I'm not a fancy lawyer, so maybe all court documents are written with a Sharpie by someone who stopped paying attention in school around the third grade, but that's what Patriot Front member Thomas Dail (Kenneth VA) has done, according to court filings.

I don't think these guys are taking this lawsuit seriously. We'll find out when the court responds, if the court agrees.

Dail, and bunch of his fascist buddies are being sued by members of a black community in Richmond who were allegedly terrorized by Dail and the Patriot Front.
