Patriot Front member Nathan Noyce (Roger VA) has filed a motion for an extension in the civil case brought by two Richmond residents who say that Noyce and his fellow Patriot Front members terrorized them when they destroyed an Arthur Ashe mural in their predominantly black neighborhood.
The Patriot Front is a known white nationalist hate group lead by a man named Thomas Rousseau. A big part of what this group does it spreads its hate message via graffiti, and destroying the artwork of others the group hates.
In this case, it was a mural for the tennis great Arthur Ashe in Richmond. The residents in this civil case say that the community was terrorized by the hate messages sent in the destruction of this mural.
In this latest court filing in the case, Noyce is requesting a time extension because he says he can't find a lawyer to represent him who lives in Virginia.
Noyce claims to have found an attorney in Maryland to represent he and fellow white nationalist Thomas Dail (Kenneth VA). Dail recently also filed a motion to extend in the case. He, like Noyce, is apparently representing himself because filed his motion written in sharpie. In the Noyce filing, he wrote "Dale" instead of "Dail," but I'm assuming he means Kenneth VA (Thomas Dail).
