The judge in the civil rights case against the Patriot Front has granted the hate group more time to defend their motion to dismiss the Richmond, Virginia case.

About a month ago, two of the more than two dozen Patriot Front members and associates got a lawyer out of Baltimore to represent them. At the time, the defendants Nathan Noyce (Roger VA), Thomas Dail (Kenneth VA) and their lawyer, Glen Allen filed a motion that the judge dismiss the case.

Since then, Allen has picked up several more Patriot Front members as clients: Paul Gancarz (Samuel VA), Daniel Turetchi (Grant MD), and according to this most recent court filing, Allen now represents Aeden Tredinnick (Vincent VA).

The plaintiffs' responded on March 23 to the Patriot Front's motion to dismiss.

So now the Patriot Front lawyer wants some time to craft a response to the plaintiffs' response to the Patriot Front motion to dismiss.

Plaintiffs’ lengthy opposition brief presents numerous constitutional and statutory arguments

The judge has granted the motion to extend until April 18.
