The civil case in Richmond, Virginia against Patriot Front members has now been kicked to a magistrate judge for a settlement conference, despite plaintiffs objections.
Considering that all of the defendants are apparently penniless according to their own lawyer, what possible settlement could satisfy the plaintiffs?
The settlement conference is scheduled for November 19, 2024 at 9:30am in Richmond. Defendants and plaintiffs are expected to be there in-person.
This case started over two years ago. Somehow these broke fascists found a couple of lawyers to represent them in this case in Richmond, Virginia. One of the lawyers is a well-known white nationalist lawyer Glen Allen, of Baltimore, and the other is Bradley P. Marrs, of Richmond.
When asked who is paying these legal expenses, Marrs implied that even asking a lawyer that question is illegal. Allen also has a Patriot Front case in Washington state. In that case, Allen is harassing an anti-fascist who exposed almost all of the Patriot Front members to the public.
