Another Patriot Front member named as a defendant in a civil case in Virginia informed the court today that he's unable to find a lawyer.
Paul Gancarz, also known as Samual VA, filed a request to the Eastern District of Virginia seeking 30 more days to find a lawyer.
In his request, Gancarz whines to the court for a bit. He wrote that he didn't think he was served properly. Despite that, he sniffles that he has to respond to the court, and so this is his response, which is more whining.
"I have not been given any adequate amount of time to find an attorney or retain counsel."
Grammar.
This case was filed with the court on October 28, 2022. Whether or not, Gancarz was served properly, that's up to the court.
"Not only that, but it is proving very difficult to seek out and retain counsel willing to represent me."
Here's what he should have said to the court. "Since being served in this case, I have been unable to find a lawyer. Very few lawyers are interested in representing a member of a white nationalist hate group that terrorized innocent black people in Richmond."
So if these clowns can't find lawyers, do they just represent themselves?
